1. Eligibility
- Return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
- Some items (customized, perishable, final sale) are non-returnable.
2. Process

- Our team will respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged Items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
